Delivery Policy

Tectonic Enterprise is the company in which our shipping policy is designed to provide a seamless and efficient experience for our customers. The duration of shipping depends on your location. Standard shipping in Karachi takes 2-5 business days, while other cities of Pakistan take shipping and generally deliver within 5-8 business days.

Return & Exchange Policy

A product can only be returned or exchanged if it was found damaged upon receipt. We will facilitate you with the exchange or in case where the product delivered was not as per your specifications or damaged. You can contact our customer service through email by attaching the photographic evidence of the product received, picture of the invoice, or call and inform us about your order ID.

Item must be in its original condition (not used). Item must include all packaging material and accessories (as shipped). This includes any certificates, manuals, warranty cards, stickers or tags, etc. Items with manufacturing defect and/or items damaged during delivery can be replaced after due diligence (see Replacement Guidelines).

A customer can return a product within the 7-day return period that starts once the product has been received.

Do you deliver on public holidays?

How long will it take for my order to arrive?

The Delivery time for order inside karachi is 2 to 3 days and the city in pakistan else karachi will take 5 to  7 working days to deliver order.
